House #3!
As of a few minutes ago, I am now the proud (and broke) owner of a new home. I bought the house at 122 Beech Tree Run in Lakeside (aka Beechville Estates).
Thanks for all of your feedback. I took a lot into account, but what it came down to was that I liked the layout of this house best and the lot is amazing. It's got a huge backyard. I can see a volleyball net going up this summer.
My ownership date is May 1. Between now and then the builder is going to fix up a few things in the house and finish the landscaping. Once I take ownership I'm going to hire someone to put a door into the basement.
This is all pretty cool!

Either way, this is a fantastic move, I look forward to seeing it and repay the help you gave me when I moved (only I'll even help carry the heavy stuff).

Congrats on your house! I love the floors! The rest of the house is really nice too, it's just I noticed the floors first because they're so woody and shiny. Anyway, good choice Bryan.
